The Mathews County Christian Ministerial Association will hold its annual Holy Week services beginning at noon Monday and continuing through Good Friday, April 19, at Westville Christian Church, Mathews.

The 30-minute service will include a brief message, congregational singing and special music each day. 

Speakers will include: Monday, the Rev. Tim Dice; Tuesday, the Rev. Ed Jordan; Wednesday, the Rev. Gary Barker; Thursday, April 18, the Rev. John Choi, and Friday, April 19, the Rev. Dede Parrish. Special music will be presented by Dice, Choi and Barker on Monday, Jordan on Tuesday, Choi on Wednesday, Barker on Thursday, April 18, and Suzi Maloney on Friday, April 19.

Love offerings in the form of non-perishable items, cash or checks (payable to Hands Across Mathews) will go to HAM, which ministers to the community’s physical needs. ...
