The Gloucester Knights Mini Mites youth football team to Poquoson on Saturday, 19-18. Coach William Broughman gave MVP honors to Aziah Pluim for his offensive efforts and Dreyden Pluim for his defensive efforts.
Other key contributors Broughman mentioned were Zayden Pluim, Brantly DeSalvo, Chandler Gardener and Aubrey DeSalvo.
For the cheerleaders, Michelle Ailstock awarded Most Spirited to Rylee Clements, Brook Thurston, and Faith Belvin. She awarded Best Technique to Laici Willett, Haven Thurston and Lilli Thurston.
