Au Jus Soy sauce (quite a bit), Chun King brand Pepper to taste Garlic salt to taste Worcestershire, not quite so much, just a touch 3 c. water Reserved juice from roast 1 pkg. Au Jus seasoning Mix together. Then dip your roast beef sandwich in Au Jus sauce to enjoy. BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 2 large chunks of blue cheese Buttermilk, enough to make blue cheese creamy 1 qt. mayonnaise ¼ c. dry vermouth ½ juiced lemon, or whole 4 cloves garlic, very fine chopped Salt to taste Dash of Worcestershire Crumble blue cheese and add milk, mixing until creamy.
