Mathews High School will hold its homecoming weekend on Oct. 12-13, with a varsity football game on Friday, Oct. 12, against the visiting King William Cavaliers.
The festivities will begin at 4 p.m. Friday with the homecoming parade, which starts from Thomas Hunter Middle School. Anyone interested in participating in this year’s parade is encouraged to call the MHS main office at 804-725-3702.
The football game begins at 7 o’clock at Ken Brown Field. On Saturday night, the cheerleaders will hold a semi-formal dance at the school for the students. ...
