MHS Race to Success

Mathews High School held its Race to Success career, technical and college readiness events on Dec. 12 throughout the school. During the event, seniors participated in mock interviews with local employers, with each of the students being evaluated and each top interviewee recognized. Juniors and sophomores participated in a meet-and-greet with members of the business, military, medical and industry, and freshmen took part in the Reality Store, a program provided by Virginia Cooperative Extension and the 4-H Club.
