The Mathews High School junior class will hold a couple of prom fundraisers this week.

A volleyball tournament will be held on Friday in the MHS gym, starting at 7 p.m. Teams of four may sign up at a cost of $5 per player. Sign up at MHS or contact the front office at 725-3702. Spectators are encouraged to come out to root on their favorite players. Admission is $3 and concessions will be available.

From 5-9 p.m. on Saturday, the junior class will hold a Kid’s Night Out in the MHS gym/auditorium. The cost is $15 per child (K-4th grade), and walk-ins are welcome. “Your kids can go out while you go out with your Valentine,” a release stated.
