Mathews High School is in the midst of Spirit Week in the run-up to Friday’s Homecoming activities.
The homecoming celebration will include a pep rally at the end of the school day, a community parade beginning at 4 p.m., a band/cheerleading field show followed by the Homecoming Court presentation/King and Queen crowning at 6:30 and a dance later that evening.
The parade will begin at Thomas Hunter Middle School, wind its way through Church and Main streets before ending at MHS.
