MHS Homecoming Court

A Mathews High School king and queen will be crowned from among the six seniors seated in the front row at halftime of Friday night’s Blue Devil/King and Queen varsity football game. Seniors vying for those titles are, from left, James Hudgins, Whitney Eriksen, Deondre Foster, Jacqueline Stewart, Emmeline Zarnowski and Chris Perreault. Other members of the MHS Homecoming Court include, second row from left, junior Joshua Sadler, sophomore Sabrina Barrack, juniors Melanie Jarvis and Madison Owens, sophomore Olivia Gwyn, freshmen Madelyn Johnson, Keely Crittenden and Brandon Smith; back row, sophomore Jason Moughon, junior Richard Coulby, sophomore Brian Owens and freshman Kevin Jenkins. Homecoming activities kick off with a parade through Mathews Court House, starting at 4 p.m. at Thomas Hunter Middle School. Retired teacher Debbie Holaday will be the grand marshal.
