The Mathews Family YMCA will be holding its Winter Open House from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Saturday, Jan. 27 at the Y, which is located at 33 Cricket Hill Road, Hudgins.

The open house is for everyone and has no admission fee, according to Jonathan Smith, Membership Experience Director for the Mathews Family YMCA.

“We are not just a gym, we are a charity and give back to the community,” he said. “We will also have information about our great cause.”

Activities scheduled for the open house include: cause-driven tours, snacks, group exercise demos (Tai Chi from 9-9:45 p.m., Hi/Lo Aerobics from 10-10:45 a.m.). Child Watch will be available from 9-11 a.m.
