The Mathews Family YMCA will hold a Trunk or Treat from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 19, in the parking lot of the YMCA building on Cricket Hill Road in Hudgins.

The Y’s Family event is free and open to the public. Individuals are invited to reserve a spot and decorate their car in a scary, silly or funny manner. Winners will be chosen for Best Theme, Most Creative, and Funniest categories.

Children can come dressed in costume for some cider and trick or treating. To reserve a space, call the Y at 804-725-1488. Spaces are limited.
