In celebration of Mathews Market Days, Mathews Memorial Library has created a display exploring “Mathews Then and Now.”  The highlight of the display is a chart/map of “business places in Mathews Court House” created by the late John Warren Cooke. The chart documents businesses that were located in the village between the years of 1922 and 1993. In addition to this interesting and “historical” document, there are several other displays documenting the life and times of the town.
