To accommodate distancing requirements due to COVID-19, the Mathews County Board of Supervisors will hold its remaining 2020 meetings in the Harry M. Ward Auditorium at Mathews High School.

Supervisors unanimously approved the change from its normal meeting place, the historic courthouse, during the board’s Sept. 3 meeting. Remaining 2020 board meetings will be held at the MHS auditorium on Sept. 22 at 6 p.m. and Oct. 27, Nov. 17 and Dec. 15, all at 1 p.m.
