The Mathews County Special Education Advisory Committee will meet at 3:30 p.m. today, Thursday, March 31, in the Thomas Hunter Middle School library.

The public is invited to attend, and if you are the parent, grandparent, or caretaker of a special needs child, or are simply interested in supporting the special education program and the students it serves, you are encouraged to come to the meeting, a notice stated.

Both the Annual Plan and Inclusive Practices Requirements will be reviewed and are expected to be approved, prior to presenting them to the school board for consideration. Masks will be optional.
