Three speakers are scheduled to appear next Thursday, April 19, when the Mathews County Resources Council meets at 9:15 a.m. at Mathews Memorial Library.

A. Conrad Bareford III, a practicing attorney whose office is located in Mathews Court House, will represent the Middle Peninsula Bar Association, to discuss that group’s local philanthropic endeavors.
Anita Minuth of the Court House Players will talk about the group’s efforts to support May Faire on Saturday, May 5, and also its preparation to present this summer “Crickets on a Hill,” a musical written in 1976 by the late Judy Ward.
