Want change?

The simple question that I and all voter in Mathews County need to answer is this: “Are we heading in the right direction in our county?”

Normally, many of us would say, of course we are. Yet I and quite a number of my friends and acquaintances are troubled by things that have occurred over the last two years in Mathews County and are now questioning will things get better in the future.

So, we also need to ask the question, “If we don’t make any changes, can we expect any different results from our elected officials?” That is the question that each voter must answer themselves.

My experience in senior management and running my own successful company has taught me that things usually do not get better without changes, so I am endorsing the following candidates for the Board of Supervisors: Tom Bowen, Janice Phillips and Tim Doss.
