The Mathews County offices of the Treasurer and Commissioner of the Revenue, which have seen a marked increase in customers coming to its DMV Select site as the pandemic has shut DMV offices and restricted others, has announced changes in how it will operate.

Beginning Monday, the DMV Select office in Mathews will start implementing appointments for all vehicle and trailer title transactions, including substitute or replacement titles.
