Michael Swiderski was busy before May—but now he’s even busier. Swiderski owns Storybound Construction, Inc., based at the Halcyon Building, Mathews Court House. On May 1, he started a sister business, Storybound Property Services, LLC.

Between the two companies, Swiderski said he now employs himself and two others full-time and has 32 part-time employees; Michael Tullos of Deltaville and Jeff Ericson of Hudgins are his lead foremen. They handle an assortment of construction-related jobs on the Middle Peninsula, Peninsula, Northern Neck, South Hampton Roads and Richmond.

Storybound Construction offers home repairs, remodeling, historic renovation, and new construction.

Meanwhile, Swiderski said his new business offers home watch, home inspection and property management services.
