Massage therapist joins staff at Riverside

A new massage therapist has joined the staff at the Riverside Wellness & Fitness Center, Gloucester.

Nicole Olivarez-Gallaher, a licensed massage therapist, offers hour-long massages for men and women, both center members and non-members. 

Her specialties are hot stone and pre-natal massages. She also offers deep tissue massage.

Olivarez-Gallaher trained at Medical Careers Institute in Newport News and has worked as a massage therapist for six years, most recently having worked at another Gloucester health studio. Originally from California, she resides in Gloucester. Her husband, George Gallaher, works for Hamner Development Group in Newport News as a maintenance technician.

They have two daughters: Alicia, 5, a kindergartner at Bethel Elementary School, and Teagan, 4, who attends preschool at Weekday Learning Center at Providence Baptist Church....
