Marshall Wayne Smith, 57, of Norfolk, formerly of Mathews County, died on April 28, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Herring Smith, and father, Morris Linwood Smith Sr.

Survivors include his son, Trevor Smith; his mother, Georgia Celestine Smith; three sisters, June Smith, Jacqueline Linares and Phyllis Smith; brother, Morris Linwood Smith Jr.

A graveside service was held on May 3, 2020 at Antioch Baptist Church, Susan.
