Candice Smith will present “Marketing Your Home-Based Business Revisited 2021 Edition” for the Home-Based Business Lunch and Learn regional series. The program will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 14 via Zoom.

This series is presented in partnership with York County, James City County, Williamsburg, Hampton and Newport News Economic Development departments. The presentation will cover cost-effective methods that small and home-based businesses can use to market themselves, and ways to make their marketing stand out.

Smith will also discuss methods to develop and manage marketing in a post-COVID world. Smith honed her marketing skills as vice president and co-founder of Connected Communities, a local nonprofit promoting wellness, both personal and professional.
