Margaret Williams Kahlbaum, age 87, of Hayes, died at her home on Monday, Oct. 24, 2022, with her family by her side. She was born on Feb. 6, 1935 in Missouri to the late Glenn and Lena Lampe Williams. Margaret worked as a Nurse’s Aide and was a member of Stepping Stones Square Dance Club. Survivors include her husband, William M. Kahlbaum Jr.; sons, Edward Glenn Kahlbaum (Cortney), Steven Craig Kahlbaum (Lyann); grandchildren, Emma Barker, Laura Kahlbaum, Heather Tebbenhoff, Hailey Brandt; sister, Joyce Spita; great-grandchildren, Sofija, Natalie, Chloe, Mason, Lucas, and Jonas. A memorial service will be held at Groves Memorial Presbyterian Church, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Michael Condrey, on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022, at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall following the service. Inurnment will be private.
