Malinda M. Curtis of Jamaica, Virginia, passed away Friday, September 23, 2016, at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital, Gloucester.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Earlene Curtis, and brother, Charles E. Fields.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Charles Curtis; brother, Dave Curtis; niece, LaShanna Curtis; four grandchildren; sister-in-law, Ida Fields; other relatives and friends. 

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2016, at Zion Baptist Church, Cardinal, Virginia. Burial will be in Poplar Wood Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m., Friday, September 29, 2016, at the funeral home.
