Mabel Lee Riley, age 97, of Mathews, Va., passed away on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at the Riverside Convalescent Center- Mathews. Mabel was born on Oct. 18, 1915.

She is survived by her daughter, Yvonne R. Deagle; granddaughter, Shelia Wroten-Thompson and her husband Bobby; great-granddaughter, Amanda D. Wroten and her husband MMCS (SW/AW) retired U.S. Navy, Scott R. Rumpf; great-grandson, James B. Jarvis and his wife Julie; great-great-granddaughter, Melanie L. Jarvis.

The family received friends on Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, from 1-2 p.m. at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, with service at 2 o’clock in the funeral home chapel. Burial followed in St. Paul Annex, Susan, Va.
