A memorial service for Luther Ancil Waller Jr., 67, of Richmond, formerly of Mathews, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 23 in Emmaus Baptist Church, North. He died Feb. 26, 2019.

He attended Thomas Hunter High School, and was a truck driver and fisherman.

He was the son of the late Luther Sr. and Christine Waller.

Survivors include three sisters, three sons, and several grandchildren.
