Living history program

Brothers Ben (11) and Sam (13) Adams, from left, spent Saturday afternoon in front of the Gloucester Museum of History on Main Street, performing period music from the War of 1812 and Civil War, and explaining the importance of the fife and drum in the early U.S. Army in a living history program. The two are members of the 1st Pennsylvania Reserve Volunteer Corps Civil War Field Music and Color Guard, and Fort McHenry Guard Fife and Drum Corps.
