Brett Lindsay, a rising senior at Gloucester High School, has been selected as a member of the All-Star Baseball East Team in this year’s Virginia Commonwealth Games.

The top 15-17 year-old high school players will represent four regions of the state in an eight-game playoff, with games to be held Friday through Sunday at Liberty University. The tournament, organized by Virginia Amateur Sports, attracts the attention of college coaches and Major League Baseball scouts.
