A funeral service for Linda Blacken Camp, 74, of Hampton, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 6, at New Life Church Hampton, Inc., 1525 Power Plant Parkway, Hampton. She died June 26, 2019.

She grew up in Cardinal, and graduated from Thomas Hunter High School and Norfolk State College.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Florence A. Blacken, and her brother, Floyd H. Blacken.

Survivors include her husband of 20 years, George Camp; sisters, Emma Blacken and Muriel Blacken, and a brother, Roderick Blacken.

Funeral arrangements are being made by Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel and Crematory of Newport News.
