The third annual Horn Harbor Lighted Boat Parade will take place on Saturday, Dec. 13. Participants will gather at Horn Harbor Marina, Port Haywood, at 5:30 p.m. and head as far out of the harbor as weather permits. Cash prizes will be awarded to the three best decorated boats. Stick around for music and refreshments. Shown is a participating boat from last year.
