Rev. Mr. O. Ryder, from the Orphans Home, will preach at Methodist Church, Sunday night.

McSherry Hunley and Seabrook Smith will attend Mr. John Tabb’s school in Gloucester this year.

Baker Lee Sears has returned home from Gloucester, where he has been visiting Master Earl Taliaferro.

Mr. G.S. Marchant left on Monday for the North where he goes to buy goods for his large department store.

The old Marchant store house is being rapidly improved internally and will soon be ready for the new firm, Messers. Jarvis & Pugh.
