Lewis to hold town hall meeting Monday

State Sen. Lynwood Lewis (D-Accomac) will hold a town hall meeting for Mathews residents from 6-8 p.m. Monday in the historic courthouse on Court Street.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss issues in the upcoming General Assembly session and hear from residents about issues of concern to them.

Lewis stated after winning election to the Virginia Senate during a special election last year that he would have meetings in all the localities in his district before and after each legislative session.
