Letter: Wittman for Congress

David Foster is running as an independent candidate for the First District seat to the U.S. House of Representatives. He ran in 2020 in Virginia’s Second District and officially received about 2.5 percent of the vote. However, his campaign material suggests that he believes he won that race, but was cheated out of it.

The culprits were the two corrupt major party candidates and the equally corrupt voting process in Virginia. Interestingly, he points out an anomaly in the court process in the Second CD race. He documented the vote count and the anomaly by his personal observations as it was reported, in relation to the precincts reporting. That is the evidence he uses to support the charge. He believes the voting machines were manipulated by unnamed persons or groups. His campaign fails to take into consideration that, because of Covid, there were a very large number of absentee ballots that were counted last.
