I haven’t always agreed with Mike Winebarger from his days on planning commission and board of supervisors but you always knew where he was coming from. I have gotten to know him better from his board liaison position on the Gloucester EDA.

He always has Gloucester’s interest at heart. I like his common-sense approach. I’m sure Mr. Gibson is a fine gentleman but we need people like Mike who have served the community and watched Gloucester grow over the years. I hope the Petsworth district will continue to support him come election day.
