Letter: Where is your plan?

Editor, Gazette-Journal:

Dear Mr. Wittman, I understand you and your party have voted to repeal or undermine Affordable Care Act many times. The number I am hearing is more than 50 times. Is that correct?

Truly, the ACA was not perfect to begin with and could have been improved in many ways to protect the health of more Americans, more effectively and with better prices, but what have you done to do that?

Researching the House records I find you have not offered, proposed, supported a health care plan for your constituents and the American people. So let your score show 50 against and 0 for. Last I noticed, 0 is a pretty low number.

So after 13 years in office, you do not have a record of assisting the millions of Americans who have faced high insurance bills, of helping those with exposures to potential loss from pre-existing conditions or of helping to provide coverage for those without it.
