Wittman recently voted against H.R. 6833: Continuing Appropriations and Ukraine Supplement Act. Without aid, would Ukraine continue? Would Russia stop there? Would world fuel prices, food availability decrease and prices increase further? According to 538.com, Wittman votes 90.9 percent of the time with the GOP even when it not in his constituents’ best interest, so he would be expected to vote the party line.So, what is that?
