You may not know it, but the new Weight Watchers program just celebrated its first year in Mathews. In my opinion, the plan is the best it’s ever been, addressing not only weight but personal well-being and offering a wide variety of tools and resources.
Laura West runs the class and she is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. While it’s an early meeting (7-7:30 a.m. weigh-in/7:30-8 a.m. meeting), it’s a great way to start your day. I must admit that it’s a little self-serving on my part, as I want to see Weight Watchers stay in Mathews and they need to maintain a good enrollment number to do so.
Come sit in on a meeting and see if the program is right for you. Look at it this way … it’s a great time to start Weight Watchers for help getting through the holidays, and come spring you’ll be a different person! Most importantly, wouldn’t it be nice to do something for yourself for a change?
