Letter: ‘We all need to help each other when we can’

Editor, Gazette-Journal:

Last Saturday I made my way to the dump in Gloucester to dispose of garbage, cardboard boxes and newspapers. As I waited in my car to dispose of the garbage, a smiling young man asked if he could help me. I gladly accepted and moved on behind his yellow truck.

We both stopped at the paper disposal site next and he again offered to help and again I gratefully accepted. As I expressed my thanks to him, he said, “We all need to help each other when we can.” What a message!

Thank you, young man in the yellow truck!
