For those of you missing Donald Trump by now, I have some good news. Mathews has two MAGA Republicans, Mike Walls and Dave Jones.

They are ready to salvage our county from financial waste and incompetence. They know the many issues we face as a county and the obstacles often paraded as an excuse not to tackle the difficult jobs. Each has a unique toughness and neither is afraid or intimidated by the challenges.

Both men have owned and operated successful businesses and understand the importance and ability of maintaining a tight budget, negotiating contracts, project accountability, confronting obstacles and downright continual hard work. Each has abundant experience and energy for the job.

When the forums start, make every effort to attend. Get to know them and ask your questions. What is important to you is important to them. You won’t be sorry.
