Editor, Gazette-Journal Elections have consequences. The statement should be taken to heart, all you conservatives who did not bother to voter. Look at what we have as a government in the Commonwealth! That being said, another very important election is coming up on April 21; one, if it goes the way the progressives want, will mean we will lose our conservative representative, Congressman Wittman, in all likelihood. Congressman Wittman has, in my opinion, been a good representative for us as he is conservative, as are most of his constituents. However, if the gerrymandered new district passes, we become linked to the city of Alexandria, which is a hotbed of leftist thought, and we lose our voice in Congress.
