Three cheers for the new Hills Bay Deli & Market! We got great chicken salad/potato salad lunches on two days, plus snacks and drinks. Also, their Hershey’s ice cream was popular. The two owners described their major effort since March to clean and prepare the long-closed store plus upgrade the kitchen, coolers, shelves and building.

Their major initiative and persistence should be good for Mathews and those remembering Scrooch’s. Three cheers!
