I would like to thank everyone who supported the recent fundraiser for Julia Campbell. Through your kindness and generosity, Julia will have the financial help she needs to get settled into her new routine. The event and generous donations from individuals, churches, Sunday school classes and other organizations made it possible to raise $4,596. What a blessing!

Not only did your donations mean so much, but to each and every one who took the time to offer kind words and show your love, we thank you. Life has been and continues to be a struggle, but what a blessing she lives in Mathews County. There are many different ways to show kindness to others and it doesn’t have to be in a big way. The simplest of things can make a difference. Each of you made a difference in Julia’s life. Thank you.
