My brother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease four years ago. For the past three years I have been very fortunate to use the services here in Gloucester of the Adult Day Break offered with Bay Aging.

Their staff, organized by Lisa Jones, has been truly remarkable in trying to meet the individual needs both physically and mentally of impaired individuals. They not only offer a variety of activities for their clients but provide a safe environment while doing so. It is a wonderful way to have my brother continue with outside social activity. If, for any reason, my brother is having unusual difficulty, they contact me and together we make a plan to help him. They actually go out of their way to make him comfortable and have a feeling of success.

All of this provides me with several hours a day and several days to just relax and know he is safe. Thank you, Lisa, and your wonderful staff of caregivers.
