We should all be ecstatic as a nation that the President has nominated Judge Brett Kavanaugh to be our next Supreme Court Justice. There is no reason for anyone to oppose his nomination. Having been an Appeals Court Judge for more than 12 years, have you heard anyone criticize him up until now? The answer is no because he has proven himself to be loyal to the Constitution and the rule of law and has demonstrated this through his decisions and opinions.

Judge Kavanaugh has been on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit for more than 12 years. He has more than 300 published opinions. Based on his writings, we know that he is a judge that will apply the law as it is written and that he will interpret the Constitution as the Founders intended. The Supreme Court has endorsed his opinions more than a dozen times and his 100 most-cited opinions have been cited by more than 210 judges across the country.
