Editor, Gazette-Journal:

I would like to thank your paper for your overwhelming support of our 2017 volleyball teams throughout the season and, in particular, the state championships. Charlie Koenig is more than a reporter, he is a loyal fan and supporter. Not only is he taking pictures, he is in the stands cheering. Charlie has shared pictures of the players with friends and family, often telling the girls and their families how well they played.

In addition, I would like to thank the community, including several local businesses, for their overwhelming support of our team. If I tried to list them, I would surely leave someone out. Please know we are all grateful and proud.
