Letter: Supervisors’ eroding support for Gloucester schools

It is interesting how Mr. Meyer and Mr. Bazzani find the voices of phantom citizens more important than those who take the time to come out to the Gloucester Board of Supervisors’ meeting to voice their concerns. With the anti-school attitude of Meyer, Bazzani and Winebarger we see the eroding of BOS support for our schools. Mr. Winebarger’s reported statement to friends that he will “never support a raise for teachers” certainly shows an open mind in a county leader. Mr. Meyer’s flip-flop on decisions speaks for itself. Mr. Bazzani can skew the results of his unscientific survey to get the results he wanted but he isn’t fooling anyone. Seriously, a survey of the readers of your newsletter instead of a random sampling?
