Saturday, August 13 was a super special day over at the Gloucester County Public Library, because it was the 5th annual Comix Con Convention. It was hosted by John from Jersey’s Cards and Comix, and Mrs. Sissy at the library.

There was so much fun stuff to do there, from the costume contest to arts and crafts. Mrs. Lisa held the raffle for the door prize. Mrs. Anita and the others held a books sale where you could buy everything from comic books to children’s books. The Stormtroopers were there to meet and take pictures with. The Park and Rec along with the DARE officers were there to talk to people.

My brother Ray came to it for the first time and we hung out for a little bit. I saw Heather King there with her son having a good time.

I thank Mother Nature and God for blessing us with such a beautiful day so we could enjoy Comix Con. If any of you saw me there, I was dressed up as a Pokemon trainer with my Charmander.
