I was blessed with the opportunity to work with Penny at Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury where she currently serves as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Her educational experience (Master’s Degree of Taxation), professional certification as a certified public accountant (CPA) for a large, nonprofit organization will add significant value to the Treasurer’s office.
Penny always has the best interest of the person(s) she is serving at heart. She takes the time to listen to every concern and come up with the best resolution of whatever financial question or interest is shared with her.
