Letter: ‘Silent Tide’: A must read

Editor, Gazette-Journal:

For Christmas I was given a copy of “A Silent Tide,” written by Mathews attorney and author Bill Johnson of Bavon.

As I began reading, I realized what a wonderful gift I had received. From the first page, I was hooked and couldn’t put it down. The twists and turns, plots and subplots were riveting. I didn’t know one penny could lead to such anguish and turmoil; read it and find out. The protagonists and antagonists of Mathews made the book all that more alluring.

Thank you, Bill, for the wonderful entertainment. I can’t wait for the sequel.
