I am honored to serve as the chair of the S.A.L.T. Council (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together). Last week, we hosted the Gloucester County Senior Safety Fair. This was a fun-filled day with speakers and exhibitors covering topics of concern to the at- or near-retirement-aged population. It was a huge success! We have received wonderful feedback from the attendees already. Many participants shared that they made good connections for services that they were in need of and learned so much from both speakers and exhibitors alike. The Senior Safety Fair renews our sense of responsibility for the security and general well-being of older citizens.

The Council is made up of citizens and stakeholders from the community who have committed to work together to enhance the quality of life for our older citizens.
