A luncheon, the 2018 reunion of nurses and support personnel from Riverside Walter Reed Hospital, was held on Dec. 11 at Olivia’s Restaurant. It was organized by Mary Rich and Paula Pierce.

The event was made even more special by the generous donations of gift certificates and gift items from the businesses on Gloucester’s Main Street. These gifts were drawn for as door prizes and presented to our attendants during the luncheon.

Thanks so much to the businesses which included Angelwing Stationers, Up South, The Nurtury, Bangkok Noi Restaurant, Office Supply, Ann’s Family Diner, Kelsick Specialty Market, The Rivah Boutique, The Courthouse Restaurant, Gloucester Pharmacy, Home Depot, Smith’s Florist, Northern Neck Popcorn Bag, Yolanda’s, The Silver Box and Olivia’s on Main.

We appreciate the special detail and attention of Gary Ward and his staff making this a successful reunion for those who were able to attend.
