By definition, if one contributes to an act, they are then at least partially responsible for it. They are complicit, if the act is criminal and they are in a position to stop, complain about or influence a change of an act and fail to do so.
Then … Republicans, having access to Trump’s history, but voting for him anyway and now knowing these transgressions, but continuing to support him anyway, are at least responsible, right?
Finally … Dear Reader … Congressional Republicans, like Rob Wittman, who can but are doing nothing to speak out or stop the transgressions against the American people, are probably responsible and also complicit.
